I got 81.07%le in Jan attempt in April I scored less than that now am I qualified for jee advance 2019?I am obc.

Actually thr best of the two scores will be taken into consideration and will add in making the final merit list. And as per Careers360 Rank Predictor 203642-233642. But it may vary a little. And there is less chance that you will be eligible for JEE ADVANCED Examination (as per previous years cutoff).
