82 percentile is very low score ; no you are not able to get good nit s.
Although you may get low ranking nits like nit srinagar ; nit Arunachal Pradesh ; nit uttarakhand etc in spot rounds ( but not fruitfull as much ) better to take private college or state college a( like dcrust ; cu etc. )
Otherwise you can take drop ; if you are kneen hearted to take admission in good nits.
