i got 82% in up board n 84% pcm . I have not crossed iit mains bcz m a general candidate n i got 62ile. Am i elligible for jossa couns.

Yes you are elligible for Jossa council but you'll not get college as anyone who has given jee exam are elligible for jossa counselling as its free but applying doesn't means you'll get college.
So if you haven't qualified please don't apply you won't get any government college. It should be applied if and only if you have qualified the exam.
