You scored 82 marks in jee main which is quite amazing, but securing a cse branch in an nit at this score is difficult (it may depend on the overall scores as well), their might be some hopes. But nonetheless you can get into one of the top private engineering colleges with a cse branch.
For eg- Vellore Institute of Technology, Thapar Institute of Technology , SRM University and there are many more.
