I got 82 percentile in jee mains would I get any admission in gov colleges, my obc rank is 63000

As you have secured 82 percentile in Jee main and your common list rank corresponding to your percentile comes out to be low.
You will not get any government institutions with the help of Jee main rank even if you are lying under OBC-ncl category.
