I got 82.78 percentile in JEE paper 2 (B.Arch.) with 925 ranking as ST . I am ST female. Can I get NITs ? Kindly help me out.

Talking on the real ground, 72.8 percentile is not a genuinely safe score to get  NITs. But being ST and female would definitely improve your chances and make your application stronger. I would suggest you to get all your doccuments ready and do your counseling smartly. You would probably get the seat you want.

For 72.8 percentile in jee mains paper 2 your rank will be around 40k. And your category rank as you said is 925. Generally all the seats in NITs for Barch closes before 150 rank in your category, and if you have homestate quota you may get NIT upto 300 rank.

So you have less chances to get any NIT
