Hello Aspirant,
It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & exact rank. But a score of more than 85 percentile, You should have the chance to qualify the exam. This score seems not enough to qualify the exam & chances also seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can go for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh Etc.

I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again, Its application form is expected to come out from 7th Feb, 2020.
