I got 83 percentile and i belong to obc category now the question is should i take a drop for jee 2022 or should i do my btech in any other college. My planning for doing masters will be abroad( final decision) what should i do in this situation?

Your percentile is well above the cutoff so you are eligible for the jee advanced examination but you can't get any NITs with this score. Considering you have already decided to pursue post graduation outside of India, I will suggest you to join some good private engineering college in your preferred branch and prepare for international entrance exams like GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc along with your Btech going.
