Yes you are qualified but ,the admission authorities decide the various criteria on which the eligibility is based. There is five criteria that the candidates will have to fulfil to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2019.

This year cutoff would go around 85 for the general and 80 for OBC . And you belong to sc category, so you are definitely eligible for jee advance.
