It depends upon your category if you're a general category student you could not get NiTS or IIITs with this percentile. But if you're a sc category student then you can get into top NITs that too in core branches. Moreover cutoffs of NITs aren't released yet so it is bit difficult to tell exactly which NIT you'll get.
