That depends on how competitive students are and the toughness of the paper.

According to previous year data, students having a 90+ percentage in there PCM and scoring near about 100 to 110 in KCET went through KCET and got under 10,000 rank.

Considering your PCB score you should aim to score near about 150-170 in KCET, then only you can get under 10000 rank very easily.
