You have very good percentile apart from JEE main , its ok you did your best. But there are good rwputed private universities such as VIT , SRM, BIT which accept based on JEE Main and their own entrance exams. Some universities where you can try for CSE are Thapar university, Punjab university, UPES, Manipal university. Go through these colleges website and apply for entrance exam.
