i got 83.83 percentile and i am from general category can i get admission in Pantnagar University

Last year the last closing branch in pant nagar university was industrial and production engineering for general rank 72918.

For your percentile your rank can calculated using this formula-

(100- percentile)*number of students appeared/100

That will lead to range in general category 97100-134100. So, it seems you have very low chances for getting into there.
