You don't need to worry as you have got good score in jee. Depending upon your choice you can get good colleges almost in any parts of the country.
I advise you to search for the best NITS and IITs of your choice and just go for it, if you think your 12th percentage is also good . Otherwise you can also get scholarships based on jee scores in the best top private universities of the country.
