i got 84.72 percentile of general category is there any government college for me

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But with this percentile, the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.

Your will be approx 132785. The rank is quite for you to get admission in good government college. Even if you are able to make it up during JoSAA counselling then you'll be getting admission in non-core branches which will narrow your scope of career in India.
If you are interested to get admission only in government college then give another attempt of JEE mains in April.
