I got 85 marks in cet so my percentile is 35 and my friend 60 marks and got 80 percentile,so this possible???

This is not possible to score high percentage on getting lower marks. Their should be some mistake by the authorities those maintaining the records of examination and issuing result. Their will be some mistake you can consult to the college which organize MHTCET entrance examination.
