i got 85 percentile (paper 1st) in jee main 2019 and i belongs to OBC. Can i get any NIT college.

According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approx 1.3lakh and obc rank will be around 40000-45000.With this rank there is very less chance that you will get any NIT.I personally prefer you to go for next attempt and do better than this. You have hardly one and half month. So focus on your studies.
