The cut off for admission in HNLU, Raipur in the previous year for the State general category was a rank of 308. ( All India Rank). Considering that you've secured a rank of 8500, your chances as per the previous year trends are not much for this college.
Though you have a good chance if you belong to the Reserved category the cut off for which is given below.
