While I have full sympathy with you but at the risk of sounding rude, I must tell you, you have no chance in IIIT Hyderabad with 85 percentile in JEE. The first round counselling of IIIT-H has been completed and closing percentile was around 99.5 . You can clearly see, it's not coming down that much. I wish you have gone for UGEE to gain entry in the Dual Degree programme of IIIT Hyderabad. That's the only other way to get IIIT Hyderabad now. You should most certainly look for states colleges accepting Mains marks.
