i got 85.92% in jee main can i get any NIT..?

Dear student,
First of all you must mention your category. Add you haven't mentioned or so I'm assuming you from general category.
As you have just secured 85.92 percentile in JEE mains exam then getting a seat in NITs is quite difficult for you, or you can say nearly impossible for you if you belong from other state now. Because this year the cutoff percentile score for general candidates was around 90.
But if you are from home state of some of the lower nits then with this much 85.92 percentile score you can definitely get some of the low nits like nit sikkim, nit mizoram, etc.
And there is a very negligible chance that you can get NIT ( if you belong from category other than general) in josaa counselling.
