Dear Aspirant,
Your JEE score can get you only into some good private colleges.JEE scores are valid only for NITs,IIITs,IITs and CFITs and not govt. Colleges.For admission into Govt. Colleges your boards performance will be considered.Still if you want to use 85 percentile to get admission in some private college you can apply in SRM,DIT(Pimpri),MIT WPU,etc.Hope I have cleared your query.All the best.
