The colleges of Government include all the IIM's. For getting into IIM's you need to have a bachelor's degree in any speciazation you are interested in. BBA would be the most preferrable if you want to pursue MBA later. To apply in any college you need to follow the the guidelines of the college, every college has unique guidelines of admission. Some might even conduct their own entrance exams.
