I got 86.2734 percentile in jee mains with 19725 obc rank ,can i get any college

Yes, Offcourse You can get Nit Colleges but before going to the counceling make list of the colleges and the branch in which you want to study. you can try for these colleges. I am 100% sure you can get admission one of these colleges.
