With your mentioned rank you have moderate chance of getting  core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc) with your category rank. And with domicile quota you might get CS/IT branches and non core branches at old NITs as well.
