I got 8676 rank in Gate.which government colleges can i join and prefict now the colleges

The colleges you can get depend upon the category and your preferred branch.

Since you have not mentioned the category , i can predict the college for you considering you as a general candidate .

With this rank , you have no chances for IITs . And even if you will get an IIT , then you will gef only non core branches like production and metallurgical engineering . And the same is the case for NITs . Well , you can surely get a chance in one of the GFTIs and may be in your preferred branch as well
