I got 87 in JEE mains and only 52 percentage in Gujarat board. And I want to go for BE in Information technology.

If you are from the Unreserved category, getting an NIT is impossible.
Other than that, you could try taking admission into a GEC in your state if that's what you want.
Other options are private colleges, if you have appeared for other entrance examinations such as VITEE, BITSAT etc.
