i got 87 percentile from obc category but i dont have that certificate but iam muslim shaik iam qualify or not

To claim for OBC-NCL reservations, you need to produce certificate in front of RC while counselling. But, if you don't have than, no problem you will be adjusted in Unreserved category. You won't be disqualified.
But the problem is with your percentile, last year cutoff for general was 89. Let's watch for cutoff this year.
