Yes you can definitely get admission into your desired college RVR with non top core branches like chemical engineering and electrical and electronics engineering.
As computer science branch is top branch so it has high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission but still you can get admission with this two branches and rest all branhave high closing cutoff.
