With a rank of 138314 it's highly unlikely for you to end up with an NIT. I cannot talk about IIT because I do not know your JEE Advanced score and admission in IIT is via JEE advanced.
You can try applying in IIITs, even though even they have very low probability or state GFTIs.
Rest, you can go for other private colleges if you have given the entrance exam of any.

And don't have Hope's on it
But you go for 8th and 9th rounds of josaa so that you can have chance of getting nit or iiit .
