I got 87.9 percentile in jee paper 2, I want to go in b. Planning, my obc rank is 10330, may I get government college or nit?

With a percentage of 65 in boards you are not eligible for getting a seat in NIT or GFIT. As per the eligibility criteria you need to have secured minimum of 75% in 12th or be in top 20 percentile to be eligible for NIT or GFTIs. There is however a relaxation of 10% for SC and ST candidates.
