With that rank in JEE main you cannot get a seat in Bhagalpur college of engineering. Actually it is one of the top engineering colleges in Bihar. So it's cutoffs are very high. And your rank would be around 1 lac. So please go for some good private engineering colleges in Bihar. Here's a list of some of the best
