Hello Aspirant!
As you belong to the general category and scored 88.5 percentile in jee mains hence you do not qualify the exam. But hey! Don't worry , you can oviously opt for the GFTIs(govt funded technical institutes) to get a seat for sure in the special rounds of josaa counselling.
You can also rather choose any govt engineering college of your state.

With this JEE main percentile and ranking you have very little chances of getting a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Also being from general category, you have almost no chances. But still you should try out the careers 360 college predictor for Jee main
