I got 88.55 percentile in jeemain with crl 129510 and obc ncl 38585.I'm from U.P. . Can I get any nit or Government University??????

Your cml rank is not that good to take admission in any nits or iiits.
But according to your obc rank,
There may be a little bit chance of getting admission in any of the new nits,
There are other colleges also where you can try which takes admission through jee mains result.
