Hi aspirant
You won't be able to get NITs but you can get state engineering colleges.This year almost all states are going to take admission on the basis of JEE mains .So you can apply to state counselling and based on that you can get colleges.
To get set in NITs you need more than 150 marks or you can say more than 96%ile.There are only 17,967 seats in NITs.

For the percentile you mentioned will be having general rank around 100000. For getting CSE in any NITs you need to have your general rank under 8000. But your rank is very far from the range. So you have very low chances of getting CSE in any NITs. But may get in some private college.
