With 66% overall and 53% in PCM, you may not be eligible for JoSAA/CSAB counselling for NITs and IIITs because of the 75% eligibility rule for General category candidates.

Your better options now are:
• Maharashtra state counselling (MHT CET/CAP rounds)
• Private engineering colleges
• Universities accepting direct admission or JEE Main scores

You can still get decent colleges through state counselling and private institutes depending on branch preference and budget.
