I got 89.7 percentile. Can I give jee advanced 2019?

Whether you have qualified jee mains and are  eligible for jee advance or not will depend upon whether you have crossed the cutoff marks declared by NTA officially. This cutoff will be different for different categories of students. As of now, the cutoff have not been declared and reportedly will be declared after the jee mains exam in April. So better wait for official results.

However 89.7 is a good percentile and you will most likely clear the cutoff and will be able to give jee advance.

But Note that This is Not Your Final Rank Your Rank may change Because It depends on Performance of You and Others in the JEE Main April, And the final Rank would be calculated Based on comparing Final percentile ( Whichever is Higher in Both the attempts if any) of all the students

As per Your current Performance, You may be eligible for JEE Advance But the final cut off will be released once the JEE Main April gets Over, Until Final cutoffs Releases, one can not predict with 100% confirm whether you have qualified for oJEE Advance or Not but chancces are High.
