I got 89.9 percent in mains, if I won't qualify in advance can I get free ceat in engineering collages
Hello,
there is another session of JEE main is waiting which will be conducted on April Month. Then the board will release the list for JEE advance. Don't think if you will qualify or not. Just prepare for it and try to give your best. You will get good results if you have learned it, understood concepts and solve the problems.
If you won't be eligible for jee advance then also no need to be worried about. Look for Government colleges in your state and use home state quota to get an admission. You will surely get an admission in a government college.
On the part of free seat, that is not possible as you have to pay some part of fees which goes to the college. You can apply for different scholarships using your merit and qualification.
Hope it helps!
HELLO HASEENA
Congratulations for your result and qualifying JEE mains.since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup.we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.
So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 87770 . Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.
First of all don't bring negativity in your mind that's the first step where you will fail .now since you have already qualified JEE mains think of Advance and do your best. Now since there is an april attempt left try grabbing a percentile of above so that top NITS are in your hand.
But if you are curious to know that which college you might land into with your percentile then you can use the college predictor link which has following features;
