I got 89.93 percentile in jee paper 2 . In which gov college i can get admission ?

this percentage is really a good one for jee mains paper 2. you can get admission in nits like in durgapur. if you are a sc , st or obc you have a chance of getting in NIT tamil nadu, karnataka etc. go for the counselling . you can definetly get any nit for architecture.

I am from general category . But i have scored 71 percentile in my 12th class. Can i still apply in NITs ?
