Hello Sanjana, You need to apply through JOSAA counseling. All the NITs, IIITs and other government engineering colleges like Punjab engineering college, JNU college take part in JOSAA counseling. You need to register on the official website for JOSAA. Mind you, there is no fee for registration, you'll only have to pay if you want to book your seat after the seat allotment. The registration process has not started yet, it will start this week.
