I got 90% in Jee main in which collage I will get admission and when I can register Jossa.

As yoir percentile is 90% I think your rank will be around 1.95 lacs at this rank it is very very difficult almost close to impossible to get a seat in nit iiit of gfti. But still you can fill the Josaa counselling form.
Josaa counselling form will start at mid of June after Jee advanced result. So may be around 15 June Josaa 2019 official website will be launched and you have to register there with you jee main application number. You should fill every choice available so tthat you may get one.
