I got 9000 rank .can I get a seat in agriculture? If yes where I will get a seat? And what is the exact counseling dates?

Thanks for the question.

With 9000 there is little to moderate chance of getting into bsc agriculture.

You have not specified which exam you have given.

If you have given ICAR, then the counselling will begin in the last week of June.
