I got 90.2 percentile in jeemain.My rank in general is 1 lakh 10thousand,in ews is 13007.Can i get seat in any nit or iit

For admission in IIT you have to give jee advanced and secure good rank in it.
Depending upon your jee mains rank ; you will get admission in nit and other colleges.
With 110000 rank ; it is difficult to get good nit ; you may get low rank nits with non core branch.
Ews is introduced first time ; so we don't know the trends and statistics about it exactly
But from your category rank ; you may get non core branch in some of the nits like ( kurukshetra ; Hamirpur; Raipur ; Surat etc)
