As you have 90.4 percentile in JEE mains then it is quite impossible for you to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT.
If belong to home state quota then there might be a chance that you can get low nits like NIT Manipur, NIT Silchar, NIT Srinagar, NIT Puducherry, etc.
But if you doesn't belong from home state quota then you have no chance of getting a NIT or IIIT in any branch.
You can try on HBTI Kanpur college or other private Institutions.
