Hi Deepak,

I assume you are asking about JEE Mains paper 2 and JEE Advanced. In that case, no. To appear for Advanced, the candidate must have qualified JEE Paper 1 and not Paper 2. If the candidate succesfully secures the required rank in JEE Advanced, then he/she can appear for AAT. This whole process doesnot involve JEE Mains paper 2 mark or percentile.
