Unfortunately you are not eligible for premium Institute of engineering which is IIT. As for admission in IIT you must have cleared JEE Mains exam and then JEE Advanced with good score so that you may fall inside the cutoff. This year JEE Mains cutoff was 89 percentile for general category.
