With 85 percentile marks in JEE Main it will be a bit tough for you to get into any NIT even with a OBC rank. You have not mentioned your rank, so I assume it is nearer to 45000. You may get lower branches in some NITs with this rank. You may also opt for state counseling in MP, Punjab and Hariyana through JoSSA.
