I got 91.07 percentile in jee mains paper 1 2019,what college options are available for me and Sir please also tell ,can I get IP colleges.

You can get state engineering colleges both private and government.
You should apply for state counselling.
From this year IPU is going to take admission on the basis of JEE ,so there is no previous data of cut off.This would be clear after counselling process.
You may get as you are qualified and you have more than 90%ile.So must apply for counselling.
