i got 91.1 percentile in jee mains january 9th 2nd shift.Can i get seat in nit..?

You can get into nit if you have reserved state quota and any other category reservation.

It is difficult to get into NIT with your score. Of course that's a good score but to get into NIT you need to get 97 and above percentile. You can try for better in the second attempt as best of two will be considered.
