I got 91.2% in 10th, 71.4% in 12th,84.8% in btech can I get a decent IIM with these scores and what is the min. percentile I must suppose with these scores to enter in a good iim.

You seem to have performed really well in your academics. For getting into a good IIM, you need to clear CAT exam with good score.
You can fill the application and prepare for the exam.
With good preparation and performance, you can ace in exam and get into a good IIM.

Well ! Your scores seems to be quite decent enough to get into any of the IIM's .

If your target is to get into top 3 IIM 's ,then you must need to score a high  percentile in CAT ( less chances ) But to get into the good ones if your percentile is above 95% on a safer side might be enough .you must also clear the next level targets like PI, GD and other tests.

Make sure you score well in CAT exam for getting into the top 10 IIM's .work well and smartly.
