I got 91.33 percentile with obc ncl ranking 28066 home state assam can i get admission in ECE branch in a descent nit .

Hello dear,
According to your rank in jee mains 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in any good NIT, also you lr chances are very less to get electronics and communication engineering in any NIT.
